Q.: Could you book flights for me?

 

A.: Sorry, Topdeck does not organize flights. However, many of the trips also have a coach option where we will look after you from start to finish.

 

Q.: Do I need to let you know of my flight details?

 

A.: Depending on the trip it is sometimes useful information for us to have. If we do require particular information your travel consultant will advise you of this.

 

Q.: What is included in my trip?

 

A.: Each trip does vary – however all of the inclusions are clearly listed within the brochures and on the Topdeck website. If you are in doubt please ask your travel consultant. Please note, Topdeck do NOT include flights.

 

Q.: What do I need to bring?

 

A.: This will depend on the trip you are doing! We always send out a pre departure newsletter 2-3 weeks prior to each festival. This newsletter includes information on getting to the accommodation (make your own way trips), what to expect, what to bring etc.

 

Q.: Where do the coach trips depart from?

 

A.: All coach trips that depart in the morning (7am departure time) will leave from the Clink Hostel. You should always arrive NO LATER than 30 minutes prior to departure. Coach trips leaving at midday will leave from the Topdeck Office – 107 Power Road. Please ensure you check your itinerary carefully as departure information will be clearly listed here.

 

Q.: What do I do if I miss my departure?

 

A.: If you do miss your departure, the trip leader will have left details of their mobile number with either reception of the Generator or at the Topdeck office. Depending on how late you are, it may be possible for you to get a train to meet the group at either Dover or somewhere else along the way! Q.: What will my accommodation be like?

 

Depending on whether you choose a camping, hostel or hotel package your accommodation will vary. More information can be found within each trip description.

 

Q.: How many other people will be on my trip?

 

This depends on the trip type you have chosen and the festival that you are attending! If you are going by coach you will have approximately 45 people on that coach with you, however there may be more than one Topdeck coach at any given festival! You can ask your travel consultant for information more specific to each festival.

 

Q.: Do I need travel insurance?

 

Yes. Travel insurance is compulsory on all Topdeck trips!

 

Q.: What if I am on a special diet?

 

Please advise your travel consultant of any medical or dietary conditions. We will attempt to cater to all dietary conditions however cannot guarantee this for extreme cases.

 

Q.: When will I get more info about my trip

 

Festival documents will be released 4-weeks prior to your departure date. IF you have not received your documents please contact res@topdeck.travel
